2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & intended use

We sell heavy equipment and outdoor power machinery. All products are brand new and sourced directly from the manufacturer. You agree to operate all equipment safely, in accordance with the manufacturer's manual and all applicable laws, and to ensure operators are properly trained and, where required, licensed.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Payment is processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error; if we cancel such an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Orders & order limits

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may limit order quantities and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

6. Shipping & delivery

Shipping terms, delivery times, service areas, and freight details are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Warehouse pages, which form part of these Terms.

7. Returns & warranty

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and product warranties by our Warranty page. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury or damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, operation, or maintenance of equipment. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@theironequip.com so we can try to resolve the matter.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. The current version is always posted on this page.
